Kabini APUs are based on Jaguar cores – the same that are used in Xbox One and PS4 – and are intended for ultra low power systems. For an idea on how they might perform, check out this review over at Tech Report.
What may really make things interesting is how much Mantle and HSA get adopted in the next year or so. If Mantle is as good as AMD makes it sound, it will be a huge benefit to not only high end graphics card users, but users of Kaveri APUs and Kabini as well.
