Unreal 3 PS3 delayed until 2008

Remember when Sony announced the big coup of Unreal 3 being exclusive to their console until some time in 2008? Their plan was to be the only console with Unreal 3 this holiday season.
Unfortunately, things aren’t going to pan out, as today Midway announced that the game will be delayed until 2008. It may still be released for the PS3 before the XBOX 360, but for how long, nobody knows. In fact, it’s plausible that the XBOX 360 may come out first, unless it is artificially delayed to honor the agreement between Midway and Sony… That would be a bad idea though.

It’s not guaranteed that it’s delayed until 2008. The developers said it is still their plan to have the game in stores before the end of the year but that it may not happen.
Well that would be a new one, to finish the game before designated date. I really don’t think that will happen.
Trust me, it’s not coming out this year ;)
