I have to say, I have been quite impressed with Capcom over the past few years. They seem to be the only publisher in Japan who knows what they are doing these days, and the way they are handling the hype, launch, and post-launch support of Street Fighter IV has been tremendous.
They have just released a PDF version of their Training Manual, which you can download for free and print yourself. It’s pretty basic content-wise, with quick character biographies and move lists. But it has some really nice art and is at least worth checking out.
