Have you ever wanted to create your own theme for your PSP, but weren’t sure how to do it? Sony has made it a little easier by releasing this PC application (direct link to the file here) that allows you to compile a custom PSP theme using separate wallpaper and icon images.

It’s not exactly the most user-friendly experience, but should be useful for those with an artistic touch. For total noobs, there’s a guide that takes you step-by-step on how to use the software itself (you’re on your own for creating decent looking images however).
