"Slim" Case Fan?

The hard drive cage thankfully is removable. If you only have a single hard drive you can relocate it to one of the 3.5 inch floppy bays and remove this cage completely and thus opening up the intake airflow.

Along with the regular front intake, there is also a location behind the HDD drive cage itself for a second intake fan, however it is only compatible with a "slim" fan.

If you try to use a regular width case fan here then the hard drives will not fit fully into the drive cage.

I personally have never seen a "slim" case fan, but I'm sure they're out there.

One big saving grace for the Trinity is it's included tool-free drive rails

Color coded for the type of device they are to be used with, these type of rails which have little plastic nubs which fit into the drive screw holes instead of screws are a bit favorite of mine. The only problem is that they can sometimes be incompatible with non-standard drive bay devices.
