3dMark 03

Since 3dMark 03 is an "SLI Certified Game", expect to see the 3D1 shine here:

In the pure fillrate tests, SLI shows pure potential, as it is easily able to double the 6600GT's normal performance, and then some.

Pixel and Vertex shaders also get nearly double the performance from SLI. Someone went to a lot of trouble to make sure SLI works very well in this widely-used benchmark.

And finally, the meaningless Final Score from the 3DMark 2003 default test. Almost makes you want to run out an buy an SLI platform and a pair of video cards right now, don't it ;)

Here's the result from the 3dMark 05 default test:

Even in an ultra-advanced benchmark app like 3dMark 05, the 3D1 shows SLI performing at its best. Of course, what happens when you play actual games may be another story all together...
