The Inside (Actually, getting to the inside)

Didn’t your mother ever tell you that beauty comes from the inside? That’s why we’re going to see if this case is as functional as it is good looking.

As with most cases in the market today, there is a key that locks the swing out door in place. What is very interesting to note however is the aluminium drive bay covers that come with this case. A very nice touch to the case.

Looking at the back, we see plenty of space for expansion slots and a huge 120mm fan handling exhaust duties. As you'll see later, there is a 120mm up front to handle the cooling of the hard drives.

Now to open her up.

First off, the side panel. This was held in with two thumb screws as well as the attachment device you see here. It worked very well, but I have to say that I was less than impressed with the door. It was just way too thin and was very flimsy. In addition, the thumbscrew at the back fitted very tightly. While these are very minor things that would otherwise be overlooked in a lesser case, I felt that for the price of the case, you should not have to deal with things like this.

To the inside for real now!
