I also agree with the reinstall, except for the fact that the computer goes back to Vancouver and I would have to set up all the software again (which is there) - MAS500, Peachtree, ACT!, etc. I would have to be physically there to do it (not really, but it would be less complicated).

It's been 10 days now and we haven't had any other problems (as yet), so hopefully it is fixed.

That's usually why I have a software delivery system in place or at the very least keep an ISO copy of any software on mission critical machines. That way re-installs can be done completely and remotely without asking someone in the office to keep changing the cd's.

You also could have asked them for the software along with the machine, but oh well. It's working now so why nit-pick
