I have a Soltek SL-KT400-c Motherboard and am having trouble determing what is causing a beep code.
The beep is a continuous short beep. Have checked out several sites that give me a clue but have tried these and still have the beeping. Most of the suggestions were pointing to the power supply but as i said have tried changing this and stiil nothing. please could any one help me out. |

look at the sticky on the top of this forum, it wouldnt make sense for soltek to make new beep codes all the time so see if those work for you, if not, i dont know.

The sticky thread about it says power supply as well. What BIOS is it, Award or AMIBIOS? Try unplugging the atx power connector and plugging it in again.

Re-seating cards n' stuff is always a good idea when you get beep codes, wish I thought of it though, heh. Glad it's workin' for ya now.
