Well, you just have to type in the port you want to forward in the appropriate box and then your machines local ip in the ip box. To find out you're ip you can go to start run and type in this:

cmd /k ipconfig

EDIT: One problem tho... You're in virtual server settings. That is definitely not the appropriate place to type in this info. You should have something like port forwarding under your LAN menu in that screen that you posted.
