Removed and reinstalled already
Unlike Outlook com addins you have to delete the items in the Word startup folder to disable the com addins

So word 2003 hangs on start up but works fine when you do winword /a
There is nothing in the Word start up folder and I deleted all the tmp files. When i rename the Normal.dot template to Normal.old...

LAME Mp3 Audio Codec
AMR Audio Codec
XVID Audio Codec
