when i go to a members profile,including my own, i can't click on "statistics" without going to an advertisers website.

should'nt all the website browsing buttons be free of any of the ad links? whats next? when i click "Home". i'll get home builders in my area?

Oh is it part of the inline text ads?? I could click the link, but I can see where the problem would be if the ad software decided thatd be a nice place to highlight..

That doesn't happen for me, but it might just be the browser I am using. I agree that is an issue that needs to be changed bigtime.

Edit: ok, it just happened for me on a "friends" link which took me to a "discount tire" website.

took you a while. I got tired of worthless off context ads, I miss the newegg and zipzoom ads :-(. Now I just get bothered for car insurance.

Ya, I actually clicked on the New egg ads.

Now the ad's are more distorted jokes on the thread. When the thread is about Snakes mom, then there's an ad for Sending a reptile for Mother's day.

For instance, the ads in this thread are now about "per per click advertising".
