We’re going to bring back our Deals of the Week, something to write about mid-week. If you are planning on building a system in the near future, or upgrading the one you have, keep an eye on these deals!

First up, we have the Sapphire Radeon 7870 GHz Edition available at Newegg for $195 after a $15 rebate. This puts the 7870 at that sweet under $200 spot that makes it a killer deal. We reviewed the Radeon 7870 Ghz Edition to a GeForce 660 back when the price was $230, and it was a close call. This sweet price puts it in the lead though. And if you wanted to get in on Litecoin mining on the cheap, now is your chance.
Also don’t forget, this comes with a sweet bundle of games: Crysis 3, FarCry3 Blood Dragon, Bioshock Infinite, and Tomb Raider.
Next we have the Kingston V300, which we reviewed a few months ago. This is available at Micro Center for just $85, no rebate required. This puts it at about $0.70 per GB, which is crazy for a lower capacity drive like this. As we saw in our review, the V300 keeps up with ‘full price’ SandForce drives in the same capacity. In other words, it kills other drives in its usual price range, and destroys for $85. Absolutely worth picking up for any build – it can be used as a main install drive, or to boost your current SSD storage by 120GB. 19nm toggle flash hits that sweet spot that async MLC and TLC can not; full sync performance, good durability, and low cost.
